Recruit banners and events

From the Polandball Go Wiki

Polandball Go adds new balls through Recruit banners, themed sets you pull from for 1,000 Clay a time, and it marks the calendar with events that bring their own passes and quests. The game itself keeps almost no history of either. Recruit shows only the banners open now or about to open, and the in-game news holds only about three weeks of posts. This page puts the record together.

How pulls, pools and odds work is covered on Sets and Recruit pools.

The dates below are when each banner first opened, as the game's own Atlas records them through each ball's first appearance.

2025

2026

Special Units, which the Atlas dates to September 1, 2025, holds just three balls: Earth, Listenbourg and Beach Ball. It had no open pool in October 2026. Ballsnar New Year has a Recruit pool of its own but no card in the Dex.

The record has a gap between February and May 2026. The game ran three events in that stretch, but no ball's first appearance falls in those months, and the game keeps no list of the banners it ran then.

2 Banners change while they run#

A banner's lineup isn't fixed. On October 3, 2026, two weeks after Drums of Africa opened, the game added 14 new balls and 5 new skins to it, led by the Legendary French Colonial Empire, with the Asante Empire, the Kingdom of Benin and the Sultanate of Zanzibar among the rest.

Trick or Treat opened on October 10 with over 120 balls and skins. Its new balls included Wallachia, Sleepy Hollow and the Lordship of Franckenstein, and its pool held two Mythicals, Vampire Romania and Haunted House Fourth Reich, both forms of older balls.

3 The October 2026 rotation#

For most of October, Recruit showed three banners: Trick or Treat as the featured one, Drums of Africa and Polbies Classics. By late October the game was bringing old banners back. On October 23, 2026, Recruit had eight sets open:

Nine more were listed as coming soon, with Silk and Steel and Crown and Cross due to open within the day, The Grande Armée and Liberty or Death the day after, then Summer Splash, Empires at War and The New World over the following week. Sword and Sickle and Crossing the Rubicon were listed without a date.

A re-run is the best chance to pull a ball that is otherwise out of reach. Each set's pool and odds are listed on Sets and Recruit pools.

4 The event calendar#

The game keeps an Event Calendar, reached from the event screen. In October 2026 it listed these events, the oldest at the bottom:

Nothing older appears in the calendar.

5 Events and banners together#

Many banners opened on the same day as an event:

An event's end isn't the banner's end. The Great Expedition closed on October 10, but Drums of Africa stayed in Recruit for the rest of October. Trick or Treat was set to outlast Spooky Season by three weeks.

6 Event passes#

An event comes with its own pass. Spooky Season's offered the Legendary Plague Doctor Omsk, a Halloween frame, two emotes and Clay. Its pass had 10 tiers, each with a Basic and a Premium reward. Its event quests were daily check-ins, from logging in on 1 day of the event up to 10 days. How the quests and tiers connect isn't clear from the screens recorded.

Alongside events, the monthly Polandball Pass runs every month with a Basic and a Deluxe track up to rank 30. See Currencies, shops and events.

7 On polbielytics#

Each ball's page shows the banner it first appeared on and the sets it can be pulled from, and the Polbies Dex can be filtered by set. The site has no feed of live banners or events from the game, so the dates here come from the Atlas and the game's own screens.
