Summoned and split Mymics

From the Polandball Go Wiki

A raid floor doesn't always stay the size it started. Some Mymics call in help after enough hits, some come back as copies when they fall, and a few items do the same thing on purpose. Extra Mymics cost attacks, but each one you defeat is also a kill, and each kill gives everyone in the party their own chance at its drops.

1 Reinforcement and Advanced Reinforcement#

Reinforcement: "When hit 5 times, spawns a new Mob." Iris, a Light and Shadow Elite with 80,000 HP, has it. She guards floor 5 of 1★ raids and floors 3 and 6 of 2★ raids.

The game's data fills in the details. The count goes up with each hit that deals damage, item resonance hits included, and every fifth one brings in a random Mymic. The newcomer doesn't get Reinforcement itself, so the calls don't chain. Fewer, bigger hits on Iris mean fewer extra Mymics.

Advanced Reinforcement: "Spawns Elite Mymics with Hollow." Iris Unbound, a level-5 Elite, Cosmic and Chaos, with 450,000 HP, has it on floor 5 of 3★ raids. The data says it calls in a random Elite lineup on every fifth attack that damages it, and here resonance hits don't count. Each newcomer arrives with Hollow: "Increases post-calculation damage taken by 50%." The summoned Elites are softer than usual, but there are more of them.

Iris Unbound drops Rainbowstroke Brush and Cannon Fodder.

2 Swarm#

Swarm: "After 5 hits: summons mobs into the encounter." Locus (2★ floor 5, 3★ floor 2) and Mosscaller Frazzle have it. The game's data doesn't say which Mymics Swarm brings or how many.

Locus also has Disperse, "Splits all damage taken evenly across all allies before per-mob calculation," so every Mymic Swarm adds makes your hits on Locus thinner.

3 Mossball Last Stand#

Mosscaller Frazzle is a level-4 Elite, Nature and Energy, with 400,000 HP, on floor 4 of 3★ raids. It has Swarm and three traits that tie it to the Frazzles:

  • Moss Republic: "When an allied Frazzle is defeated, gain 1 stack." It starts with 1.
  • Universal Resist: "Reduces final damage by 1% per stack."
  • Mossball Last Stand: "On defeat, spawn Mossball Leader with bonus HP equal to 2× the sum of alive Frazzles' current HP, and 3 stacks of Universal Resist per stack of Moss Republic. Then defeat all remaining Frazzles."

So the Frazzles shape the next fight either way. Each Frazzle you defeat before Mosscaller Frazzle falls adds a Moss Republic stack, which becomes 3% less damage on the Mossball Leader. Each Frazzle still alive when it falls adds twice its current HP to the Leader instead. Mossball Leader is a Nature Elite with 100,000 HP before the bonus.

Mossball Leader drops Mossball Orb, which brings Frazzles to any fight: "On hit: Spawn a Frazzle (max 3 at once)". It is ✦✦, Nature, 3,500 attack, for Common or Uncommon balls only. Frazzles drop Battle Shield, Iron Sword and Mossclump. The game's Atlas lists 0.67% per kill for Mossball Orb.

4 Sultan's Rage#

Heavenly Sultan, a 1★ boss, Metal and Balance, with 80,000 HP and Taunt, has Sultan's Rage: "After you target me with 3 attacks, summon Afgar."

The game's data says the count goes up on each attack aimed at the Sultan, whether or not it does damage, and starts over after each summon. Every third attack on the Sultan brings another Afgar. Afgar is a Fire and Nature Elite with 40,000 HP, and it arrives with Taunt, the same trait the Sultan has.

Afgar drops Bandunian Passport, which reads "On hit: Apply Mapper and Sultan's Rage." It puts Sultan's Rage on any Mymic it hits, so that Mymic summons Afgars too. The game's Atlas lists 1% per kill for the Passport.

5 Blank Canvas#

Blank Canvas: "When defeated, respawns more copies of this Mob with Hollow." Tapioca, the 2★ boss, has it with 2 stacks, and so does the Elite Azureno.

The data says the number of copies equals the stacks, so Tapioca comes back as two copies. They are rebuilt from the floor's own setup rather than split from the original, and they lose Blank Canvas, so they don't respawn again. Each copy has Hollow and takes 50% more damage. A Tapioca raid is three Tapioca kills, and each is a chance at Shadowscript Brush and Inkstained Pages. The game's Atlas lists 0.33% and 0.67% per kill.

6 Shadow Split#

Luna has Shadow Split: "After every 2 successful damaging attacks, I gain 10,000 HP and split into 2 exact copies." Vengeful Luna's Ascended Shadow Split splits into 3. The copies keep splitting, but the game's data says they share one reward, so Luna's split doesn't hand out extra drop chances. Vengeful bosses has the full numbers.

7 Arachnid Claws#

Luna's drop does to any Mymic what Shadow Split does to her. Arachnid Claws, ✦✦✦✦, reads "On hit: Apply 3 stacks of Poison, then split the target into 2 copies with half its current HP." Used against Tapioca alongside Matrix, it once let parties split one Tapioca into dozens of copies and farm its drops. The game reverted that in October 2026. See Arachnid Claws and Tapioca exploit.

8 The Shrimp's Shimpi#

The Shrimp's Valor summons a Shimpi every second attack on it in the second phase, up to nine living at once. The Shrimp covers that fight.

9 Mymics that come back#

Not every return is a new Mymic. ESV's Rebirth heals it to full on defeat, three times. Graffy's Worldbuilding returns it with a third of its HP in a new type, twice. The Commonwealth's Eternal Commonwealth brings it back once at a quarter of its HP. These count as one Mymic coming back, not extra ones on the floor.
